Real Estate Pass Rates is an independent reference on getting a real estate license in the United States, built from data that state regulators, exam vendors and the Bureau of Labor Statistics publish. It shows each figure with its source and the date it was checked, so you can verify it yourself.
What this site is not
Real Estate Pass Rates is not a school and not a regulator. It does not sell courses, issue licenses or run exams. For official decisions, the state's real estate regulator is the authority, and each state guide links to it.
How the site earns money
Some links to schools are, or may become, affiliate links: if you buy a course through one, the site may earn a commission. Partnerships never change the order of schools, their pass rates or which schools are listed. Details are in the affiliate disclosure.
